Our home, built in 1986, was showing its age and needed a total internal make-over. The flooring, kitchen cabinets, counters and sinks, fireplaces, lighting, bathrooms, baseboards, appliances, painting…everything needed to be refreshed. We engaged Colin Rahn of C.E.R. Custom Homes & Renovations to run our project and he did an excellent job. Colin went over our requests, offered suggestions, prepared a budget and explained how we could get the best value for our dollar. He introduced us to various trades-people, suppliers and an interior decorator. He also helped us during the selection of cabinets, counter-tops, flooring, plumbing fixtures and lighting. Colin supervised every aspect of the job, paid attention to each detail and represented our interests with the trades. He has an eye for detail and when required he had things re-worked so as to achieve our vision. The project was massive but was completed per schedule and within our cost parameters.We are pleased to provide this testimonial.
